Delivery

GlassNib is a digital product; nothing is shipped. After payment is confirmed, the licence key is sent automatically to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within seconds.

If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to contact@glassnib.com. As long as your payment appears in our records we resend the key at no charge.

Withdrawal

For digital products delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun; this is confirmed at checkout.

Refunds and defects

If the product does not have the described features, does not work, or the licence cannot be used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us; if we cannot resolve the problem, we refund the payment.

Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment. Depending on your bank this can take 2–10 business days. The refunded licence key is revoked.

Free trial

You can use the product free during the trial period before buying, so you can confirm it fits your needs first.
